Bought 10 lvls, 24h passed.. no lvls

As I say in title, I didn't receive any lvls whatsoever. I bought it because I got extra paid at work ( which is funning brilliant ) so I decided to get sum buyin... I vought them yesterday at 8am ( GMT+1 Spain ) and now it's 7:30 pm... NO LVLS!! The account the lvls were designed to was to myself account so what can I do now? I wasted 12 € for nothing

If there is no purchase then it means that nothing was bought and your credit card was not charged.

and for the record, if Google charged your card and didn't give you verification, that's a Google issue, not the game (again, stay calm though, I'm certain that didn't happen)

Google Play's support telephone number in Spain is 800900549. On weekdays they work from 9 am to 9 pm(Spanish time).
