it looks like you're blocked from the entrance by your teammates?

what happens when you're next to entrance first?

They move all over the place when I try to get in.

I didnt do rpg. But in mmo i had to Use attack button to get in.
Also i often had to close all other apps snd clear all memory to get it to work.

there was a glitch there, but it has been fixed in mmo ... not sure about rpg, but if not already, I imagine it'll be available soon
