urgent inapp purchase help needed

hi so ive bought a skin for '1st' on my account it said it was successful i received an @mail from google with a receipt. but in the dashboard it says pending. and hes not received his skin. now i know it says it can take upto 24hrs but that never happens in reality. and ive got angry players who will start to get the impression im a con-man which really is not the case. ive always been honest and i will always do my best to get these things sorted of its an error on my part your money is safe and i will return it no questions. but please be patient.

as you said, this can take a longer time.
sometimes, especially, if you buy on others characters, you might mistype his name and the skin cannot be given to him, too.
please wait the time and if no skin is there, write me a PM and i check server, evaluate purchase ID and help you manually
