Its just a glitch... he is not hacking... if he was hacking he would be manipulating game files... of which he isn't

People really love to throw that term around... Apparently everyones hacking accounts too. MMO's these days generally arent hacked. What people do is use an exploit if they can find one. Either in the engine or through packet exploits tricking the server sided verification on everything with a "lie".
The logout thingy only works if their in combat. Otherwise they can insta gib and bail on the spot.
