The poison should deal damage about every 3 - 5 seconds and wear off after about 30 seconds.

Im saying the damage dealt should be random. If a player has 5k hp left and I have 1k attack: fire arrow probably wouldnt be as helpful as poison arrow, especially when the player is trying to run away.SellSword wrote: Tue Jul 03, 2018 6:19 pm There are plenty of games where damage is taken in a set amount per "round" or per step taken as well, and that could be an option as well. It could be something like 5% of the damage dealt each second for five seconds, or something like that. I'd be very wary about stacking this per attack though as that would be too much.
