I dont want to help i just want to make parties and events and more to make ppl happy and spread joy and fun all over this world ;)))) no but seriously i thinl spawn parties are good things which should take place more often cuz there ppl meet become friends and also good trading area/time.

I agree and disagree on this one.
I liked the type of killer you are, at least according to what I was told - not hunting down certain players and not going after ridiculously low-level enemies. Retuning stuff dropped was a nice bonus, but not critical. This brings a beautiful element of chaos into the game. Respect.
What I despise are PKs, who hunt down low-levels from rival clans any chance they get. "To send a message" they say, but it kinda gets old after a second time ) These are just blood-lusty power-hungry maniacs.

What I would suggest do deter such an "# U all" attitude is ... losing levels: when you get killed you lose 10% of current level required XP, and if it is more than you have currently, your level decreases.

This would also backfire to the innocent victims of assaults.
Therefore I am not in favour of this suggestion.

Backfire how exactly? 1 death is 10% of a level. What I mean is you can't really gather a crowd to hunt down a good person. So to specifically assault and lower the innocents would be hunting them down, which is reducing game experience, as is described in rules section, specifically forbidden and punishable.
On the other hand, bad onions are usually bad to many people at once, so many irate players putting one high-level at his/her place would be considered ok, imo.

Kollex, let me give you an example:

The innocent archer(1), level 125, PvM skilled, just reached his level, puts his new steel plate on and merrily goes to grind at cyclops.

The "evil" archer(2), level 110, PvP skilled, jumps and attacks archer(1) when he is red from monsters and EASILY kills him before he has a chance to run or log.

Archer(1) dies and falls back to level 124.
His steel plate does not longer fit.

This I would not consider fair.

Correct.
I already get nearly to destroy my room when im 1m away from lvl up and someone comes up kills me and the only thing i can think of is that i wasted the last 4 hours for xp that is gone now.

The thing is now the average XP loss is 5%, and in de-leveling situation it would be a teady 10%. Such a situation is marginal and pretty rare, but consider this:
if it's a random violence act from char2, there's not much difference, BUT
if it is smth personal, or, say a hunt for a drop from char2, then char1 can ask friends / helpful players to punish such behavior and possibly deter char2 from doing so in the future.
I'd be more afraid of losing rare stuff while being constantly attacked by players having nothing to fear but a temporary outlaw status.
But social status matters too, and it could have tangible consequence in the game.
