Do you have unknown key and dungeon key? I guess you have.,because the door of mountains heart is the same door in dungeon of cyclopes.(two door).

The door to the mountain heart is in map 0.2 (map with hermit and crazed lions), to enter inside you need a map, a rope and a candle, but to be able to do the quests inside you also need the ring of protection and to have talked with Ascanius about the ring so you can talk with the npc´s there, theres no keys involved in these quests.

Yes.,but because you need to enter to a 2 doors,you need a 2 key to open.,its part of story you cannot enter in door in any places of the game without a key.,I think you do not have unknown key., you need to buy it in map of vampire blood mission north east of the map at horse cart store.,(2M gold).,all player buy that key to enter double door.,and we finished wientin mission easily.,you can also use to enter the cyclope dungeon.
