Bought 10 lvls, 24h passed.. no lvls

Ithink google is having some issues atm. Advertisement keep comming back too.

Btw, the one time i bought some lvls it took over 36hours before I got them. Andthe receipt in email arrived about 4 days afterwards.

You could just check the gmail account thats linked to your google play account. Theres receipts there. Aswell as your google wallet. Because theres receipts there too. Google wallet is faster updating that the emails that get sent.

Probably going to need those purchase numbers though. Afaik admins can only see if a purchase has been made and the purchase number. But not the details like card numbers/account used.

asmodeus, that's correct we have no access to credit card, bank account or anything remotely similar (nor would we want it lol) - so if Google says you didn't purchase something, there really is nothing we can do

if there was a purchase, google may delay for up to 24 hours. but we can see it on server for sure. what is the account name and what did you purchase?

I called Google Play... I swear to god those were FOR SURE rhe most uncomforting 10 minutes in my life. They basically told ne the trabsaction was done and that I should've received the lvls I boight. I also asked them for the confirmation thing and emails, and they did say they sended, but they just don't show up. I ended up swearing and they hung me up with a "That's not out problem". Why when I do things I'm not supossed to do world starts confabulating against me? So, Google receives my money but I get no levels. Yaaaaaay

Go to your bank and get it reversed then. When i started buying lvls on FT Visa fraud department 3way called me with my bank to discuss with me what they thought was going on and that it could be refunded in 7 working days. Calmly explaining to them that it was fine they were all good.

Shouldve got the google helpdesks guys name too because thats not what their meant to do. Have you checked your google wallet and all associated email accounts tied into google? Because receipts generally turn up somewhere. If wallet shows 0 billing then billing cant have happened. Its one of wallets safe features.
