I bought the same tower on the 1st day it was for sale.
After server restart, it becomes for sale again.
I pm Gandalf on the very day withe the purchased code and I am yet to get a response from him
Hope the admins can expedite the solution to this matter
they be able to see from the google receipt who is the original owner.
But i find it vry disconcerting that neither of us have heard anything from compbatant and that it is still for sale..
from forum i believe that only compbatant can do these real money sale stuff, so gm can only bring it up.
this is a real money purchase for a substantial amount of money. there are words for selling something and then taking it back. or selling something which you have already sold. and continuing to do so .
so resolving, or at least preventing more 'victims' should have the highest priority.
Bugs will happen, np. but not reacting when you are doing something which isnt realy legal, even by incident, is illegal in itself.
In short is the lack of reaction of compbatant which surprises me. id expect at least a reaction saying hes looking into it.
it could be there are lots of buyers and hes going over logs finding them, seeing what they stored in it, because that has to be returned, etc.
then again. he might be without internet or sick or something.
please mateusz, just let us know u busy with this and it has top priority and im happy.

The admins are definitely aware of the issue.
I'm 95% positive compbatant is aware as well.
I would surmise, it is not such an easy fix - and he's working on it right now.
He's a bit of a workaholic sometimes - when he gets "in the zone", communication is not always top priority.
Knowing this about him, I'd say its safe to say he's working on it.
To those of you with purchase issues here, I will offer you some reassurance.
If you have your receipt - you'll get a house.
Of course, this bug needs to be fixed first.
In the meantime, get your receipt ready.
I also suggest, you send your receipt, your account name, time of purchase, what you purchased and where - to an admin - right now.
If you contacted someone else - i.e. compbatant or a GM - on the issue, just note it in your message.
Rule 11 will not apply in this instance - just don't spam to multiple admins, or multiple messages. Admins really hate that.
The admins will note your information, check your receipt for validity, and will add you to the list.
When the bug is fixed, arrangements will be made of some sort to get you a house. Maybe not the original house you wanted, but you will get one.
Please do not hesitate. If you have not contacted an admin directly, please do so now. Admins have green names on the forum.
one thing im sure we would like to be reasured of is that items and pets will be replaced. they can represent a tremendous amount of work to get. and what would happen if we buy new pets in the meantime. you cant get 4 pets so would real money be returned?

That, I do not know.
Only an admin could tell you, and it would likely go on a case by case basis; so there is not an answer for all.

i understand that you yourself cant give guarantees. but...
if items are lost due to a bug. it stands to reason they are replaced imo.
if i break someones window by mistake. i gotto pay for replacing it.
if someone burns down my real life house. he (or his insurance) got to pay for house and content.
items in a virtual game house do reprecent value. they can be sold for in game currancy, used and may have beenbought with real money. acquiring them took effort. investment of time and money. even if only in the form of datacosts.
so imo there should be clarity about replacement of lost items due to bugs or accidential actions of the staff.
i dont realy see why it would be 'case by case'.
its not the same as loosing stuff because you didnt read the rules or didnt prepareyourself. loss was caused by the staff. (even a bug is caused by the programmer, so staff). Not on purpose, but i dont think the car that ran into mine did it on purpose.
ps value in my tower was small. but with 10 pages it could have been huge.
So i realy think there should be a clear general position/statement on property loss caused by bugs.

I have heard from compbatant, and he is definitely working on this bug right now.
He said it was strange.
But, it will be fixed when he figures it out.
