I don't have any alts, but I like the idea. I'd add that each alt (to max 4) can only store 10 items. If additional storage is not purchased, then 4 alts could use 40 spaces which leaves 60 for the primary owner.
It's good to be the king!

The idea isn't that it is storage "just" for the alts, that that have "access" to the house to put things in take things out. If my main character picks up something an alt can use then later when the alt logs on he can access the house to get it.
Like I said:
TBH: I don't think there's a chance in "a hot place" it will be considered.
because it means less houses being sold. BUT it sounds good.
Another option would be allowing just one alt to have access to storage with the house owner being able to change which alt has access at any given time. A big benefit to house owners would be allowing the owner access to the full 100 spots while the alt has access to just ___ spots. This would essentially allow leaving items for an alt or taking from them.
A compromise would be purchasing house expansions that can only be used by alts. I know that has come up before.
I don't think alts should be allowed crafting options at a house.

I just worry about the possibility of abuse with this. You know in a similar way to when someone jumps in a trade deal?
True that
If you've more than one device, I can't really see the benefit.
