Pvp can turned off but (I think) clan building will under siege.

well using bugs or flaws for gain is illegal.
after getting rash city walled so others could not build in it (trees or ricks could have done same) mike and eclipse got to dr compound and build there before gm could come. thats clearly illegal and results should be removed and they punished.

hard to pretend they didnt know about this after getting own city walled.

The only thing I think could make this update useful to the players is if wall positioning is changed. As ive showed blitz and piffl-el mago regular clan lords and dukes can not position walls anywhere we want because walls flip 4 spaces each time its moved. To save admins the extra hassle in moving walls lords and duke should be able to place walls like the admins do. As long as its not on top of a solid structure such as a rock or tree or bush or building. We should be able to place them enywhere we want. If the creator or some mods dont understand I'll let you use one of my low lvl alts to make a clan and try to position walls in a tight area that can be closed in if you can put the walls in the spot you need. The walls should stay 4 square spaces in size but the positioning needs to be changed that u can drag or tap them to the exact location you need them. Like you can move a tower up or down left or right one space at the time toyour desired llocation for it. Walls need to be the same. This is the same issue dinoponti has been trying to explain I just added more detales.

Look at the picture below. This is the reason why the walls cannot be placed everywhere but only every 4 spaces.
Without limit it would just look really bad.

It may not be pretty most the time but in most cases it wouldnt be a wall next to another wall it could be a wall between two trees or a wall between a rock and a tower. It would help a lot of new clans have the protection they need to build without being killed then loosing there time in building and the gold they worked hard to get. The halo compound looks horrible if walls could be placed as wished ti could take up less space and provide the protection the clan may need from bosses or even war event's.
